Installation Details:

For Home and Commercial Solar PV energy systems in California: 

I.  Solar Panel Mounting

• Installation of roof hardware or other structural support system.  Fastening panels to hardware. Grounding of panel frames                                        
• Ensure Structural stability of mounted panels, Fire Code, and Building Code requirements.                   

II.  Solar Energy System; Circuit and Component Wiring

• Wiring individual solar panels into arrays.     
• Proper Grounding of Panel frames, & electrical Circuit elements.              
• Installation of AC inverter.
• Installation of Wiring and minor electrical components, any additional system components and controls
• Connection to home's Main Electical panel. Proper fuse protection.                    
• System Optimization
• Design system to meet all National Electircal Code standards  

III.  Paperwork:  Permit Application (city), Energy Utility approval, Solar Rebate Applications

• Obtain a Permit for Electrical work, if needed, for grid-tie home systems, and undergoing any inspections.
